Participant Support Services

Being a participant is exciting, but it can also be challenging. All staff and trainers can be approached for advice on academic and personal issues. Staff at WBS will offer professional and confidential advice in areas where they can help and will ensure that all efforts are taken to ensure a positive learning experience is achieved. Support services can include provision of extra training sessions, support classes, or providing hard copy learning resources to support online LMS.

The National Administration and Operations Manager is able to provide links to external sources of support where the staff at WBS are not qualified or it is in the participant’s best interests to seek professional advice.

Student Support Services Policy

External (not employed by WPC Group) students and employers who have engaged Western Business School to provide training services may be subject to charges in the event extra student support is required. The charge will may be applied when support provided exceeds $200. Extra visits may be charged at $80 per visit. Refer to our fees and charges policy and student support policy on the website.

In the case of an emergency the participant must contact ‘OOO’ via telephone to report the emergency to appropriate authorities.
